Carl and I just returned from our Alaskan Vacation. The cruise was absolutely wonderful. The hotel that you arranged in Vancouver, the Westin, was very nice and in the center of town. How convenient. The hotel in San Diego, the Sheraton, was on the bay. The location was nice. The hotel was nice. Even the people at Avis were nice. In all it was a wonderful vacation. Carl and I both want to thank you! You made our trip a wonderful vacation.

exceptional service! This was my first cruise and I wasn't sure what to do
or what to expect. Steve was great! He is very knowlegeable and answered
all my questions promptly and with accuracy. He took the time and care to
meet with our group prior to the cruise to answer any questions and to aide
us in planning our meals, wardrobe and excursions. On the bus ride over and
back from the port, he lived up to his company name and treated us like
royalty. During the cruise he was available 24 hours a day. I'm booking
