He has obtained Elite Cruise Counselor status from the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). This is the highest level of certification available in the cruise industry. Steve is the first travel agent in the San Antonio and surrounding area to obtain this certification. He also recently attained certification from CLIA as a LCS (Luxury Cruise Specialist) He has been in the business for almost 15 years and has spent all of that time specializing in the cruise segment of the industry. He has been on over 49 different cruises to many destinations all over the world, and is known for his outstanding product and destination knowledge as well as providing a very high level of customer service.
